Outside Sleeve Length
This is taken from the top shoulder seam to the cuff.
Seat
Measure round the fullest part of the seat with the tape snug but not tight.

Collar
Measure around the neck at base where shirt fits. Add 1/2" to 1" for comfort.
Chest
Measure the chest around the fullest part, placing the tape close up under the arms making sure the tape is well up at the back over the shoulder blades.
Waist
Measure around the trouser waist position over any under garments which may be worn.
Inside Leg
Measure from the top of the inside leg at the crutch to the hem.
Outside Leg
Measure from the top of the waistband to the trouser bottom.
